Holistic care is based on methods of treating a person as a whole, complete individual. Utilizing healing techniques not only to treat the symptoms or problem, but also to dig into the root of the problem, the cause. Treating the cause of the problem is the best treatment, it is thorough, complete and most effective.

When we go to a holistic practitioner to get help for emotional, physical or spiritual problems, the practitioner will treat you as a whole person, not only treating the problem but digging deeper to the root cause of the disturbance. This is what sets holistic care apart from allopathic medicine. Instead of treating the disease, we go to the cause first, then continue from there. This is holistic care, treating the whole person, not just a disease.

While giving various treatments, we often see people going around in circles in their lives. They’ll come to us for balancing, stress relief, emotional, physical & spiritual healing but then leave us to jump right back into their everyday routine. They become unbalanced and unhealthy again then must start over again with treatments.

Everyone loves to go home, after all, this is where the heart is… Home is where we all run after work, where we meet with our loved ones, where we all want to put our feet up and relax, where we eat, sleep & be merry. A persons home is their castle, their pride. We spend so much time & money taking care of our homes, it’s only fair that our homes should take care of us!

WHAT? How can this be? The place where we live, with our families and pets, the very shelter we run to everyday can actually be causing us health problems!

I find this very disturbing
