What is Ama Deus ?
“Life is in the Love and the Healing. Everything else is just waiting” - Alberto Aguas
According to their belief system there is no such thing as ‘illness’. In their view everything is Spirit, and it is outside forces which cause imbalance to occur. When the outside force (such as an unwanted spirit or energy) is removed, then the effect upon the physical body will be released and balance will be restored once more.
The healing system was first brought to the West by Alberto Aguas, a third generation Brasilian healer. Both his mother and grandfather were doctors who also worked with energy healing, and for much of his life Alberto witnessed many healings and many different methods of delivering these healings. His family lived among the Guarani people for generations, providing them with medical care when needed, and as a result of their efforts to help the Indians, a mutual respect developed between the tribal shamans and the doctors. Eventually the shamans began to share their methods of healing and it was through this trusting relationship that the method has been passed along.
Ama Deus can be employed in a multitude of situations, including the following

What is an Ama Deus Session like:
During an Ama Deus session you can be in a sitting or standing position, whatever is comfortable for you. I will first use and herbal mix incense to prepare & clear the room for the session. (if you have asthma or are sensitive to incense or scents, I will not use any) We will begin with a meditation, then procede to the Ama Deus session. Being that I am working with my spirit guides for these sessions, I sometimes will receive a message for you - if I do, I will let you know at the end of the session.
I will go through the traditional routine, then focus on any problem areas as my guides lead me. The session will be closed with a blessing.
At the end of the session, we will sit and talk about the experience. Because this is a whole body, mind & soul healing session, people often experience thoughts or visions of their past, present or future lives, see their loved ones, receive messages and such...
The discussion will include any messages I have received also. I often receive advice from my guides for my clients, at times it can be a prayer/affirmation or it can be the use of candles, incense, oils or a combination of all of these. If I receive such advice from my guides, I will provide these products for you, with no additional costs. This is part of my regular sessions. Ideally, when treating a specific illness or situation, it is best to have about 4 consecutive treatments to allow for a steady stream of healing. If you would like a full 4 day treatment schedule, regular pricing is discounted.
Angelina is an Ordained Spiritual Healer, Usui & Karuna Ki Reiki Master. She has completed her studies in the Ama Deus Shaman methods and practices this healing method with clients both within New Jersey & via distant healing sessions.
